What the tool does with your answers
No account, no sign-up: the questionnaire and the result calculation run in your browser.
Your answers are kept only in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), so you can resume an interrupted questionnaire and find your result again on a later visit. You can erase them at any time from the tool or by clearing the site’s data.
The result link encodes your answers in the address itself. To show the result page or build the PDF, that code and, for the PDF, any team name you entered are sent to the site’s server, which uses them to answer and then forgets them: the application neither stores them nor writes them to any log. The team name travels in the request body, never in the address. Anyone with the link can read those answers. A shared link you open is never saved in your browser.
Audience measurement
This site measures its audience with Umami, open-source software self-hosted by JDUCRAFT on analytics.jducraft.com (Hostinger server located in Paris). Umami sets no cookie, does not track visitors across sites and does not keep the IP address.
Data processed: page views without address parameters (the result link is never sent), clicks on the tool’s buttons, device and browser type, approximate country. Statistics are aggregated and kept for 25 months at most. Your browser’s Do Not Track signal is honoured.
This measurement is configured to fall under the consent exemption defined by the CNIL (French data protection authority): purpose limited to audience measurement on behalf of JDUCRAFT only, no cross-site tracking, no transfer to third parties. You can nevertheless opt out below.
Your choice is stored in this browser (umami.disabled key) and applies immediately.
Sending the report by e-mail (optional)
If you ask to receive your report as a PDF by e-mail, your address, your result link (which contains your answers, not your team name) and any team name you entered are used to generate the PDF and send one e-mail. The application keeps nothing: not the address, the report or the link.
Purposes and legal bases: sending the report you asked for (performing your request); if you tick the dedicated box, sending Jonathan’s notes about once a month (your consent, withdrawable in one click in every e-mail). The box is unticked by default and the report never depends on it.
Processor: Resend, Inc. (United States) sends the e-mail on behalf of JDUCRAFT. Sending data is stored in the United States for 30 days, then deleted. The transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and on Resend’s participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention: 30 days at Resend for a single sending. If you ticked the box, your address is stored as a Resend contact with the date of your consent until you unsubscribe, and at most three years after the last contact.
Your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, withdrawal of consent) can be exercised at jdu@jducraft.com.
Third-party services
The ‘Pick a slot’ button on the call page opens a Google Calendar appointment page in a new tab, only if you click it; Google’s privacy policy then applies. No other third-party service is loaded.
